We want you to feel amazing in your Hell Bunny pieces, but if your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all vintage-inspired tags and labels remain intact and secure.
Ship Your Package
Print your generated return label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
